These Terms and Conditions for Sellers (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Site by users registered as sellers. By registering or using the Site for commercial purposes, you expressly and unconditionally agree to these Terms. 1. Seller Responsibility
The seller represents and agrees that:

5. Intellectual Property

Failing to meet safety, health, labeling, or permit standards
Are dangerous, perishable, regulated without authorization, or subject to special licenses
Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension and notification to authorities.
9. Complaints and Claims Management
The seller is responsible for handling claims, returns, and refunds.
They must act diligently, in good faith, and with a willingness to resolve disputes.
The Company will not intervene unless the situation affects the integrity or reputation of the Site.
10. Marketing and Promotions
Participation in promotional campaigns offered by the Company is voluntary.
